How do I earn points?+
You earn 2 to 5 points per dollar spent depending on your tier, plus bonus points for reviews, referrals, completing your profile and your birthday. Points post to your account once an order ships.
How do I redeem points?+
Sign in, go to your rewards dashboard and convert points into a discount code — 500 points is $5 off. Apply the code at checkout on any eligible order.
How do I move up a tier?+
Tiers are based on total lifetime points earned, not your current balance. Spending points never moves you down, and once you reach a tier you keep it.
Do points expire?+
Points stay active for 12 months from the date they were earned. Any reward code you generate is valid for one year from creation.
